I think the breakfast could use some improvement. I have been staying at this hotel for several years and the breakfast was great.

I was charged in US dollars , without being ask, which trigger a fee from their bank of 5%. I will contest this thue my credit card unless it is fixed by the hotel within a reasonable time.

Pleasant older hotel near the center

The hotel is located in a nice part of Bucaramanga. The breakfast was buffet style and excellent. Very attentive staff and a pool on the 2nd floor.

On Friday and Saturday nights nearby bars get loud . The rooms in the back are quieter.
